Well, to be literally in the motion is the biggest challenge ever. I want to be stable and in the motion, but believe me it’s not that practical to stay consistent. Especially, staying consistent to your commitments that you have done to yourself.
So, as we are the humans, with human great instincts of distraction and seek immediate results. There can be some ways that can help us to stay consistent or IN THE MOTION.

What it’s mean to be in the Motion?
But, first, let’s understand the meaning of being in the motion. Is it about being in alignment or somewhat else? Like now-a-days, what we are used to hear about being in the alignment with the universe, are we talking about that alignment or practically staying in the motion? It is the biggest question ever. The simple answer to this is things get automatically aligned when we are in the motion practically in our routines. Like, we do even minimum human efforts, putting a little effort day by day to what we have committed ourselves to, not so fast, but a bit by bit, and that when magic happens. Universe answers to the efforts and that’s true.
How to be in the Motion – 3 Practical Ways
Following are my personal 3 practical ways to be in the motion and then staying in that motion.
Make a time specific for doing something
Just like you decide to wake up at 4am daily, no matter what! Just this, nothing else. 4am daily. It makes your brain to think that you are staying committed to yourself. However, it does not matter what you will do or even do nothing after waking up. Just waking up is the biggest achievement.
Do a mini 5 minute task daily
Set just a 5 minute task that you will at any time of the day, but daily. It can be anything like any stupid or even useless thing, but when you do it daily like 5 times jump a rope, or make 3 rounds of the lawn, any activity. If it’s a physical one, it’s the great advantage. It will make you to stay in the motion. Our psychology works in this way, we will never think that we are distracting or losing ourselves to anything.
Sleep Early
Yes, it is one of the biggest reasons of many successful people or any achiever to go to bed early and rise up early. In this way, we are aligned with our biological clocks. It is super helpful for our physical as well as our mental health. Both needs a cycle, a consistent one. Well, it’s not suggested to set a certain exact time to sleep and rise, that’s much like a robotic behaviour. Just sleep at a good time with variations ofcourse and try to rise up early. To follow such a routine is already a sign that you are practically in the motion.
